"Maybe I Expected Too Much"
I’m not sure if I just made a bad call buying this, but it really didn’t feel worth the money to me. I paid more than I probably should have, and once I got it, the quality felt cheap. Maybe I was expecting something better, but i don’t really see the value

"Not what the photos showed"
I ordered this because the pictures made it look really nice, but what showed up was a totally different color and finish?? It just looked cheaper in person. Maybe I got a bad one or something, but the product photos felt misleading to me.

"Shipping Cost Made Me Think Twice"
I was surprised by how high the shipping cost was. It ended up making the whole order feel not really worth it, and it kind of made me trust the checkout process less. I don’t think I’d order again unless the fees were more reasonable upfront...

"Didn't feel safe enough to order"
after checking out shopmercy.org, I just didn’t feel good about placing an order. There wasn’t enough clear info on the site to make me trust it, and I couldn’t really tell what was legit. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I decided to back out. It just didn’t feel worth the risk to me.

"The “Usual Size” Scam Strikes Again"
I ordered my normal size, thinking it would fit like a normal piece of clothing, but nope, it showed up feeling like the tiny-shirt special. The size chart was basically the “good luck figuring it out” chart and didn’t help much at all. Annoying since I expected a regular fit, and now I get to deal with returning it.

"Disappointing quality and confusing expectations"
I was let down when my order arrived. The photos made it look a lot nicer than it actually is, and there really wasn’t much clear info to set expectations. The material feels thin and cheap, and the stitching is messy in a few spots. I wore it once and it already looked worn out, which is frustrating. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

"Not what I thought I was getting"
I ordered this because the description made it seem like it was a certain size and material, but when it showed up, it was just different. The photos made it look nicer than it is in person too. I was already in a bad mood when I opened it, and this definitely didn’t help. It felt like I didn’t really get what was advertised, which was frustrating. I wouldn’t order it again.

"Poor packaging and shifting expectations"
My order showed up in this flimsy box with barely any padding, and by the time it got to me the whole package was bent up. One of the items even had scuffs on it. It felt like they just tossed everything in and hoped for the best. For what I paid, I expected way better packaging. And then it feels like the goalposts keep moving, like I’m supposed to just accept damage because it still technically arrived. Not happy with this at all

"Not a lot to choose from"
I really wanted to like Shop Mercy, but my first instinct was that the selection felt limited, and after browsing for a while, that feeling didn’t really change. I was looking for a few different things, but I kept running into similar items without many styles or options to compare.
It might be fine if you just need something simple or basic, but for me it was a little disappointing. The site itself is okay, I just wish there was more variety so I could feel better about picking something

i mean, I was just trying to ask a simple question and somehow got nowhere. The replies felt super copy-pasted and didn’t actually answer what I was asking. I had to keep repeating myself, which got frustrating fast. Overall, not a great experience with their customer support.

I got the order confirmation right away, but after that there were no real updates and nothing ever showed up. it feels wrong to take someone’s order and then leave them completely in the dark. Just ended up being a waste of my time

i tried to return my order and it was way more annoying than it needed to be. the instructions weren’t clear, and it took forever to get any kind of help. after a while i just gave up. i don’t think i’ll be shopping here again.

"Tracking was WAY off"
The tracking info was SO inaccurate. It never matched where my order actually was, which made the whole delivery process frustrating.
